Submitting the form shortly after the parent signs the plan helps protect the 60-day legal timeline.

Coordination
Your assigned assessor contacts the school directly to schedule observation and testing dates and arrange a quiet testing space on campus.

Assessment & IEP meeting
Assessors complete evaluations within the legal timeline and present findings virtually at the IEP meeting via Zoom. To secure your assessor's availability, please share several possible meeting dates as early as possible.
